What is it?
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), alternatively known as tapping or psychological acupressure is a form of therapy which works to balance the energy flow within the body, thereby helping relieve a host of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, stress and trauma.
How does it work?
It is believed that blocked energy within our bodies can lead to problems that challenge us emotionally and physically . By tapping on certain energy meridian points of the body, in a certain sequence, EFT can help re-balance the flow of energy in the body which can help resolve both mental and physical issues.
